1.     Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through our website.

2.     Products

Our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Images and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Under no circumstances should the products presented on the website be considered medicines.

3.     Prices

The prices displayed include or exclude VAT depending on the country of delivery and the tax status applicable to the seller. Shipping costs may be added at the time of ordering.

4.     Orders

Any confirmed order implies full acceptance of these GTC. An order confirmation is automatically sent by email. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation in the event of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or a previous dispute.

5.     Payment

Payments are secure and processed by our service providers. No banking data is stored on our website. Payment is due at the time of ordering. For payments made by bank transfer, no order will be shipped before receipt of the bank transfer.

6.     Delivery

Products are shipped from our warehouses, depending on the geographical delivery area. Indicative delivery times are specified when the order is placed. Any delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation. However, we commit to an internal processing time and communicate the delivery times provided by our partners.

7.     Returns and Refunds

For reasons of hygiene, safety and traceability, we cannot accept any returns of our products once they have been delivered.

Our products are sealed and intended for personal use, and in accordance with good hygiene and public health practices and applicable regulations, any right of return is excluded once the packaging has left our premises.

A refund will only be offered in the event of a defective product or an order error, if the product cannot be replaced.

If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued if the defect is confirmed.

Products refused upon delivery or unclaimed: if a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, an incomplete address or failure to claim it, processing and return costs may be deducted from any potential refund, except in the event of an error on our part.

8.     Liability

The user is solely responsible for the choice of products ordered and for the use of the products ordered. Products sold on the website must not be consumed by minors, pregnant women or persons undergoing medical treatment without prior medical advice. The seller cannot be held liable for the consequences of inappropriate use. We invite all customers to check the regulations in force in the country of delivery before placing an order.
